You upgraded, but licence remains on Free Version

Sometimes this can be cause by the payment being rejected – this may be some time after the initial purchase, depending on your payment provider.  Assuming payment is fine, then please try:

1 – Temporarily turn of any security or pop up blockers
2 – Turn off any cache software
3 – Turn the plugin off and on again
4 – Go to the Plugin list page and check if TreePress Premium is installed. If there an option there to syncronise or add the licence here, try that.
5 – Check the ‘Syncronise’ option on the TreePress Account page tab
6 – Check you have the correct licence – log on to your account here https://users.freemius.com/login
